We have a distributed team, we originated and are based in Australia and we have an offshore team that is under local management. Bolster Commerce has developed great communication processes both internally and externally so execution and deliverables are met.
All information we receive from clients is never shared beyond the team that is required to deliver outcomes. We have an NDA we can share between both parties to give you the confidence that your secrets remain safe with Bolster Commerce.
We are flexible in the approach and it is generally determined after we better understand a clients requirements. What we can share is that we offer blocks of hours that can be worked through as required. Additionally we offer a monthly retainer based approach which is our preference because we can provide permanent resources that become a part of your team.
We do have your typical contracts to be entered into but these are primarily to ensure we know what expectations are for us and you, our clients. These are only in place with retainer based engagements and have a simple termination period that will see us both covered.
