We are flexible in the approach and it is generally determined after we better understand a clients requirements. What we can share is that we offer blocks of hours that can be worked through as required. Additionally we offer a monthly retainer based approach which is our preference because we can provide permanent resources that become a part of your team.
Do you only work with Shopify stores?
We definitely focus on Shopify and this is where our experience sits but we are very open to learning other systems. So if you need support in running your eCommerce store but do not have Shopify you should still connect and we can see how we can support.
We are migrating to Shopify, can you support?
The team often starts its relationships at this point, we work with a number of very capable development agencies and we can support a lot of the manual entry of data and content, like product creation and historical blogs. We can also support UAT or any ongoing testing as required and this means we know the site for later support.
Can you build Shopify stores?
At our core we specialise in operational support of Shopify stores and associated tasks. We can build and deploy standard Shopify stores which range from Basic to Advanced plans. This is always working with minimal customisations of themes and out of the box app integrations.
